We deliver our products all over the UK with our valuable logistic partners. The following Map shows the variation in the delivery time and charges according to the geographic locations.

BEDMAKER'S Express delivery covers most of UK 's mainland UK and deliveries are charged at our standard rate.

Zone 1 covers most of mainland UK and deliveries are charged at our standard rate.

BEDMAKER can deliver to all areas in this zone. Please note however, there will be additional delivery surcharge of £24.99 for following postcode areas.

BEDMAKER DELIVERY TIMES

We offer wide range of delivery options to ensure prompt and quality service.

Express Delivery (In Stock Items)

Stock items are available for express delivery (many items can be delivered on the next day). For heavier items, we use a two-man delivery service. If you have chosen a stock item that needs to be delivered by our two-man service, a member of the BEDMAKER logistics team will contact you within 2 working days from date of order to book in a convenient delivery date and also advise on time frames on when the delivery will take place. We currently deliver to most areas in the UK 2 - 3 times a week. Please be aware deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. All deliveries within the UK mainland are carried out by a two man uniformed team from our experienced Transport Department who will place the bed in the desired location of the property.

Next Day Delivery Service

BEDMAKER has a large range of stock items that are available for next day delivery or you can choose a delivery date at checkout. A single man delivery company delivers these products. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Please understand that the delivery companies that offer a 'next day' service are not insured to enter private premises. Please be aware that if you purchase a product on a 'next day' delivery and require assistance with the positioning of the product, you must arrange the assistance yourself.

Manufacturer Lead Times

If your item is not in stock and needs ordering from one of our suppliers then you will be informed the supplier's lead-time. These are estimated delivery lead times given to us by our suppliers. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery from our warehouse to the customer. Also, note these times are estimated ones and may vary slightly depending on the time of the year.

BEDMAKER DELIVERY VECHICLES

Customers should assume that the delivery vehicles are long, heavy goods vehicles, weighing approximately 16.5 tones with a height of 14'3". Therefore, it is customer's responsibility to ensure such vehicles have legal access to their property; and inform us about any weight height and parking restrictions to ensure that we arrange for appropriate delivery vehicles. Failure to disclose such important information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied. In order to prevent damage to our/ contracted vehicles, un-adopted roads, paths and tracks will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Customer must provide information about alternative routes.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

AVAILABLE DELIVERY DAYS

Available days for delivery are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7.00am - 7.00pm. Some items may be available for a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge. Please email deliveries@bedmakeruk.com with details of your selected items and a representative of BEDMAKER will be able to inform you whether your items can be dispatched for a Saturday delivery and the extra charges.

CONFIRMING YOUR DELIVERY DATE

We will never arrange a delivery date without contacting and confirming the date with you first. Once your order is ready for dispatch either we will contact you or ourcontracted delivery service will contact you in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date .

OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our contracted deliverers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products. Likewise, old pieces of furniture will not be taken away. The customer must take the responsibility to organize the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture. BEDMAKER and our contracted deliverers if requested by the customer will assist the customer in taking the order into the premises, to the appropriate room. However, prior to delivery permission must be sought by BEDMAKER and if agreed, both BEDMAKER the contractor and the personnel of BEDMAKER the contractor will not accept liability for any damage both to the delivered product and to the customers property, (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure), whilst assisting the customer with such a request.

The customer must solely take responsibility for this action. Any consequent damage should fall under the customer's household insurance. If BEDMAKER agrees to such a request, there will be no additional charge. It is expected that the passageway and the necessary be cleared in order to make way for the order. BEDMAKER third party contractors will not assemble any orders even if requested to do so. The assembly of orders is the responsibility of the customer. Preparation for delivery: Customers are advised when accepting goods to have protective sheets available as the goods been delivered may have transferred through a number of warehouses and delivery vehicles. BEDMAKER will not accept any liability for any damaged caused.
